Support for Coaches

I have been training, mentoring and supervising coaches for more than 15 years. As well as runningmy own trainings, I am a long time faculty member and professional mentor coach with CoachU, and director of the advanced programme for the Academy of Executive Coaching (AoEC), which includes running supervision groups. I am ICF trained in working with and assessing the PCC markers.

I also mentor individuals and groups who are preparing for a credential, usually with the ICF.

When you work with clients it is important that you walk your talk and get your own professional support. I have been working in the professional development field for thirty years and still have regular supervision sessions. I use these to continually look at keeping things clear for myself as well as to have a sounding board for different client scenarios.

I support coaches that I work with in:

• Connecting with and staying clear with themselves

• Developing and maintaining clear relationships with their clients

• Developing their skills and seeing new perspectives

• Building their coaching business

• Working towards accreditation

On-going Professional Development

You may wish to take further coach training, to extend your skills range and/or to renew your coaching credentials. Our trainings are aligned with the requirements of the International Coach Federation (ICF) as well as other coaching bodies.

The three main coaching training modules we offer are:

Coaching Skills Foundation

This module gives you the basic coaching skills you need to start supporting others to clarify and reach their goals.

Coaching For Results

Here, you will gain a greater understanding of the change process and acquire a range of skills and models to coach others to go through change and achieve their outcomes.

Coaching the Self Factor

This module deals with some of the material in my book, The Self Factor.
You will learn to coach from a deeper perspective and address who the client is being as well as what they are doing.

Each module consists of more than 20 hours coach specific training.
