Coaching for Organisations Training
Beginning: March 26, 2025 Tallinn, Estonia
This comprises Modules 1 & 2 of the Coaching
Mastery Training for Professionals
Total price of the two modules is 2,350 euros + VAT
per participant.
The course schedule:
Module 1: Essence of Coaching (2 + 1 days)
March 26-27, 2025 and April 29, 2025
Module 2: Going Deeper (2 + 1 days)
May 15-16, 2025 and June 17, 2025
It will be combination of live sessions and virtual
- dending on changing circumstances.
Delivery will be in English with translation into Estonian as
needed.

Module 3: Mentoring and Practicums
Beginning: September 2, 2025
Together with Modules 1&2 this completes
the Coaching Mastery Training for Professionals
It can also be taken as a stand-alone module for those
who have completed appropriate coach training elsewhere. Contact
us for information.
There is a maximum group size of 10.
Price of module 3 is 1,350 euros + VAT per participant.
The course schedule:
This consists of at least 15 hours practicum/mentoring person
to person training, plus 3 hours of individual mentoring.
It will be combination of live sessions and virtual - dending
on changing circumstances.
Delivery will be in English with translation into Estonian as
needed.

Dates will be finalised with students before the program
starts.

Group Mentor Coaching Practicums for ICF Credentialing
at ACC, PCC and MCC levels
These are webinar based using the Zoom platform
for maximum group involvement
They can be arranged on demand for organisations
and particular groups of coaches.
Example Group Mentoring Program for PCC & MCC
credentialing for 6 or more coaches working together
6 x 1.75 hours group mentoring practicum
2 x 1.5 hours individual mentoring
2 x recorded session written reviews
This covers all the ICF mentoring requirements for
credentialing.
Total price: £1590
Group Mentoring Programs for 2 or more coaches working together
can be created on demand.
